Return, Replacement and Refund Policy
Customer satisfaction is our first and only priority. Therefore, you can request a return, replacement or refund for products within 24-48 hours of delivery, providing the following terms are met:
You are eligible for returns if:
- Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Product:
- If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect (based on the description or pictures) at the time of delivery, you are eligible for a return, exchange, or refund.
- For damaged products:
- A video of the parcel opening is required as evidence to proceed with the return. It is essential otherwise return will not proceed.
- A Return item will be sent back to us.
- Ensure the product is returned in its original box/packing (with original plastic wrap intact for items like wooden puzzles).
- Changed Your Mind (Case-by-Case Basis):
- If you change your mind about the product, returns are considered on a case-by-case basis.
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged, with original packing intact.
- You must send a return request, and if it is accepted, you will need to return the product using your own courier service.
- Both-way delivery charges, packing charges, and parcel handling charges will be borne by you.
- Product condition will be verified before accepting the return request.
You are NOT eligible for returns if:
- Electronic Toys:
- No guarantees are provided for electronic toys. However, you can contact us for assistance with functionality or troubleshooting.
- Free Gifts/Complimentary Items:
- No returns or exchanges are allowed for free gifts or complimentary items, even if damaged during shipping or if you change your mind.
- Color:
- Colors may vary upon delivery (unless you paid extra for a specific color). Color variations are not covered under any exchange or refund policy.
- Leftover or Sale Items:
- No returns or exchanges are allowed for leftover or on-sale items. Carefully review the item description before purchasing.
Important Notes:
- Only the product amount will be refunded; delivery, packing, and parcel handling charges are non-refundable.
- Refunds will be issued as money back or shopping credit (voucher card) after deducting delivery, packing, and parcel handling charges within 7 working days.
- You will be informed about the refund via email or WhatsApp.
48 hours. Please file a return request, refund or exchange request on the helpline or Contact Form within 48 hours of the delivery. After that, return, refund or exchange requests won’t be eligible and won’t be entertained.

Depending on the nature of issue, your request may take 7 working days to resolve after reaching return product to us
The refund amount, after deducting delivery charges, packing charges, and parcel handling charges, will be issued as a credit in the form of a voucher card for future shopping. You will be informed of this via email or WhatsApp.
Please note that the refund will only be provided in the form of shopping credit, and no cash refund will be issued.
